Our own Hotel /Residence opposite the school:
Club TIS Hotel is a hotel residence for General English adults and Business English clients. This charming 11 bedroom hotel is less than 60 seconds on foot from the school. Hotel facilities include the TIS Club Café, south facing terrace across Torbay and a sunny secluded garden. The atmosphere at Club TIS is very special and it's a great place for lunch.

Agatha Christie's home, Greenway House is a must see whilst you are studying at TIS. The famous holiday home reopens on the 3rd March and is a great opportunity to look into the life of one of the world's most famous authors. The house overlooks the beautiful River Dart and is surrounded by 30 acres of wild and romantic gardens.
The English Riviera Geopark
In 2007 the English Riviera joined an elite group of places around the world to be designated with UNESCO Global Geopark status. This spring you can explore the wonders of the Geopark by foot. The natural environment bursting into a new life, there is no better time to discover the English Riviera including some stunning coastal walk's which make up part of the beautiful South Devon Coastal Paths.
