Two attractive, new, modern, bright and clean apartments which are available for flat-share or sole occupancy. The garden flat has a garden terrace plus parking space. The first floor flat has a small yard and an additional room for use as a separate lounge, study or play- room for children. Both flats have wireless internet throughout which is free of charge.
Cedar Cottage is located in a very quiet area just 150 metres from TIS so it is very close to the school, the town centre, the shops, supermarkets and the night life. Both flats are fully furnished and each has a modern kitchen with a washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and fridge. There is a dining area and sitting room with TV / DVD and radio / CD. Each flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bathroom has a bath with shower and the other bathroom has a shower).
Students booking on a flat-share basis will have their own bedroom and bathroom. They will share the kitchen/dining area and sitting room with the occupant of the other bedroom. All bedrooms have locking doors to ensure total privacy. The flats can also be rented for sole occupancy by a couple or a family (ideal for two parents and two children. A cot and high-chair are available for babies). Bed-linen and towels are provided. Both flats have double-glazing and gas central heating in all rooms. Gas, water and electricity are included in the rental. Cedar Cottage is very popular so book early!

Rosa is a very spacious and fully equipped de-luxe apartment with one large double bedroom, en-suite bath/shower-room, a large lounge (with Free Sat, TV / DVD, radio / CD player), conservatory (winter garden), a large modern kitchen (with oven, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier), garden terrace and private parking. Rosa overlooks the harbour and is close to the shops, supermarket and restaurants. Basic supplies such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper are all provided as well as bed linen, towels, hair-drier, iron etc. Rosa is suitable for individuals, couples or small families with two young children – a cot and high-chair/extra beds are available for children. Rosa is very popular so book early.

Arrival: You will be met on arrival at Torquay Coach or Railway Station and taken to your apartment.
Departure: If you ask at the TIS office we will arrange for a taxi to take you to the bus or railway station when you leave.
Some basic food shopping can be provided for you if you request it in advance. Cleaning: All flats will have been cleaned for your arrival and the beds will be made up but you are expected to do your own cleaning and washing during the period of your stay. A cleaning service is available if required.
