tis Business English Afternoon
A mini-group course with a maximum of 4 per class focusing on communicative Business English. Classes take place every weekday from 13.20 to 16.40.
• Level: From pre-intermediate to advanced - B1 to C1
• Length of stay: 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks
• Minimum age: 23 – age range mostly 30 to 60
• Number of hours: 15 hours tuition per week
• Commencement dates: Every Monday throughout the year with the exception of Christmas/New Year
Who is this course suitable for?
This course is ideally aimed at anyone needing to improve their communication skills in English for their work. The study period will be intensive and classes are taught by teachers who are both qualified as English Language Teachers and have experience in teaching English for business and professional purposes.
Classes will start at 13.20 and finish at 16.40 including a 20 minute refreshment break. You will also need to attend school briefly at 9.00 on the morning of your first day for a level assessment and induction. These are intensive sessions with a maximum of 4 per class and include a variety of business related topics based on a four week revolving programme of Communicative Business Language which, depending on how long you stay, includes Social English, Telephoning, Presentations and Meetings and Negotiations. A copy of the programme is available on request.
In the morning you are free to follow your own pursuits or join one of the many other courses we offer. You can also participate in the optional Activity and Social Programme. Two evenings per week are included in your course.
