Students making private travel arrangements must notify their homestay of their arrival as far in advance as possible. This is the only way to guarantee that there will be someone at your homestay when you arrive - remember , they need top make arrangements for their weekend too.

Let us have the arrival information as soon as you possibly can and we will meet you at the Bus Station or the Railway Station and take you to the Club or to your apartment. In order to plan our weekend meetings we need to know your arrival times as soon as you can get them to us.
