A happy band of Language Travel Agents visited TIS on Friday 11th September for a tour of the school followed by dinner at the Club TIS Hotel and we had a very jolly time together. HOT NEWS FOR 2009
The Club TIS Hotel Residence opened on 28th March 2009 - this lovely little hotel was well known to many of you as the Everglades. On the retirement of the owners we decided to buy the hotel - it's perfect, just 60 seconds on foot to the school and offering comfortable bedrooms (some with sea-view) and all with private bathroom or shower room. The hotel has a lovely restaurant leading to a sunny, south facing terrace and delightful, secluded garden. The hotel also has Club TIS Café which is open for all students. The café has a great menu to suit all tastes and diets and pockets. Prices range from £3 for a Naan Pizza or daily pasta dish, £3.50 for soup, £4.00 for a salad and £ - £6 for hot dishes. All diets are catered for, with an emphasis on vegetarian, Halal and Kosher restrictions.

Alphe UK - London September 2010
We attended ALPHE for the first time in 2008 and found it extremely professional and very useful. Highly recommended and not too big! It was also very good in 2009. We'll be back in 2010.

Peter's Garden
Those of you who knew Peter Clarke will be glad to see this picture of Peter's Garden at TIS. The garden was created and dedicated to his memory in 2007. We have recently added a beautiful blue Hibiscus to the garden in memory of Mo - a great teacher, a great actress and a dear friend.
